In order to develop leadership skills, at our leadership meetings we take turns leading the group with a “leadership tip.” The idea of my presentation was to get our leaders thinking about what leadership means to them, and hopefully to develop a poster like the one above to remind them of what is important in their team. I created a template to facilitate the poster making.
